I have an Intel DGVSR motherboard which I am trying to install xp on, the problem is when I boot it up and try to enter the bios settings I cannot select anything via keyboard it is not working, similarly if I try an boot from rescuse floppy I cannot continue because the keyboard is not active. Safari Chrome IE Firefox. Basically you have to live usbb what you have and work within it’s limits. If drivers are required for the USB device, make sure you have the latest driver from the device manufacturer.

Make sure the USB ports are Enabled. I have tried the bios rescuse disc from inetl and it works untill I have to press any key to continue. Hi Col, Thanks for the advice, the problem even with flashing from floppy or cd is I still need an active keyboard to continue with that process, I have flashed serveral bios chips with an eprom programmer I have.
